"The main reason for the stay is a nights sleep. The bed in this room was very bad. Both my wife and I had a poor night sleep and my wife work up with a sore back that she still feels 2 days later."

"We checked in fairly late Saturday evening and received a gracious welcome. I am not aware of the name of the young lady that waited on us but she did a good job. The breakfast treat the following morning was adequate, Check out time was extremely delightful as the young man in charge was terrific. I mentioned in passing that we had stayed there last year on our way to Toronto and he again this year showed the same amount of enthusiasum as last year. He then went on to say Oh yes he remembered us etc. which of course is great P.R. I asked his name. It is Andrew. You must be training your staff well. Will stay with you next year."

"Not a big deal but ice machine on bnottom floor not working, and the one in the lobby was on the blink too. It would be nice to have ironing boards, irons and hair dryers in each room but we did have acces to them from the lobby. The rooms were very clean though. I am sure the ice machines will be fixed but this is what we encountered."

"Last time I was at Sarnia Supper 8 and I really enjoyed my stay. that's why I choosed Super 8 this time and I even recommended to all the parents from our club(skating competition) to book super 8 at Woodstock. But this time I am very diopinted so do other parents who I have recommended. The room was smelly(urine), the blanket was rinkly, 2 pillows only, the bath top was dirty(I have to use soap to was it before use it). From this experences I don't think I will choose or recommend to others in the future"

"We only stayed one night, but if I had more time to spend this would be a place I wouldn't mind staying. The staff were all very pleasent to deal with, Andrew at the desk the morning we left made us feel almost as if he knew us."

"A hockey team stayed on our floor Saturday night. Decided to party in the hallway at 1 AM. Called front desk party moved to a room with door open called again at 2:30 AM told "they were doing the best they could" Party quieted down at 3:15 AM.
Spoke to the owner next morning. Was advised he stayed over in he motel just to take care of this kind of situation, but he was never advised. Offered me a $10.00 credit for the next time I stay over.
That offer sort of reflects his reality with the service level that reasonably can be expected from a accomidation facility.
Offer was refused.
Going to enjoy telling the story of how not to run a motel.
