"Very poor welcom at the front desk even when our arrival was late at night 11 pm, bad attitude from the person working at that time. Noise in the early morning (before 8 am)around the room, renvovation and cleaning! I asked for non smoking room and I got a soomking one!"

"Yes. The only thing I complain is the very heavy water noise when your next door neighboor (or maybe above)takes a shower at 4:00h in the morning. Do not think you will be able to sleep. I was not lucky, as my neighboor has decided to take a 40 minutes shower at 4:00 am.....The night was over... So if you stay there, ask to be the only one in your surrounding."

"very disappointed that the NON smoking room that we had reserved was not available and that "a smoking room is all we can do for you" was the solution ... did not feel that the front desk staff actually engaged on our problem, when I answered that we would take the smoking room, but "I am very unhappy"... the comment from the staff was "ok"... I asked... "it's ok with you that I am unhappy?" the response was " oh I didn't mean that"... I would have expected a more creative approach to ensuring our satisfaction ... I was told that if I was not happy, I should take it up with the reservation service"

"Loved the room size and the hotel was really quite clean but plastic in bathroom made it look dirty - plastic covers on hallway doors made it look cheap - ceilings in hallways were grubby looking with loose attic access covers. Towels smelled like smoke even though we were in a non smoking room."
