Very poor welcom at the front desk even when our arrival was late at night 11 pm, bad attitude from the person working at that time

The only thing I complain is the very heavy water noise when your next door neighboor (or maybe above)takes a shower at 4:00h in the morning. Do not think you will be able to sleep. I was not lucky, as my neighboor has decided to take a 40 minutes shower at 4:00 am.....The night was over...
So if you stay there, ask to be the only one in your surrounding.
very disappointed that the NON smoking room that we had reserved was not available and that "a smoking room is all we can do for you" was the solution
