"A bit surprized when we arrived late afternoon (4:30 pm) that there were leftover food trays in the hallway from room service and an open bottle of liquor left in the hall as well.
Ideal location for our interests in a particular restaurant and the Capitol Theatre.
Extra charge for parking was a surprize. Actual room was comfortable. Nice pool."

"My only complaint is that when I reserved a room with a king bed, I had no idea that that room would be so small. There was just two of us staying there, but there was not much space. It appeared that it was not a normal sized room. I did not know what I was getting. I assumed that there would be more than one chair in the room and a table, which would have made it much more comfortable for two people who like to order room service. Other than that, we had a good stay and everything was close."

"When we got back to the room on friday night the ceiling tile in the bathroom had been laying on the ground The one corner was all saggy from the moisture. we called the front desk to report it saturday morning. they sent a man up to our room to fix it. when we got back to our room after getting something to eat, there was a drill in a bucket and the towel rack was laying on the ground. we called the front desk and they sent up the manager, im assuming(she was wearing professional atire and heals). They made us swith rooms so they could investigate to make sure we didnt do it. We are not liars and i feel that we were mistreated. she was very ignorant and treated us like we just killed someone or something. after she "investigated" she told the girl at the front desk to tell us were all set. she couldnt even tell us herself or appoligize to us for the inconvienience. We payed our money just like everybody else and did not deserve to be treated like that. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME."

"i was surprised to find out that each room was 189.00 american dollars. what i got from the confirmation sheet was that both rooms were 189.00 american dollars instead of 189.00 per room. knowing that i will probably not stay there again nor will i recommend it to anyone."

"Very great experience. Had no problems with the hotel. Check-in was a breeze. Hotel room was nice and clean. Very good location, with clubs, restaurants, and shopping near by. Worth every penny."

"I thought the additional fee for parking (as a paid customer) was rediculous. The heating in the room only had a choice of "high & continuous" --or-- "off." The towels were old, worn and few, and the remote for the televison did not work. The coffee machine leaked, and the street noise from 2:00 a.m. was extreme."

"I dont know if i would recommend this hotel to others. My girlfriend and i had traveled there for the weekend to get a way and have fun at the attractions. we had a hard time getting to sleep because of all the noise from other guests. they were out of control i called the front desk and complained, they didnt to anything about the noise. we had to have the tv on all night to drown out the kids.
the parking at the hotel was terrible. we sat in a jam at the door because there was no where to park. we were stuck for about a half of an hour. a guest near by in a car asked one of your female employes where to park and they couldnt find a spot and she advised them that it was first come first serve. i thought that was rude. i wont stay at the hotel again. the service is better in the states
