"The comfort I had hoped to find so far from home."
"I chose this particular hotel for it's proximity to the Windsor Airport, the price and I've never had a bad experience at a Ramada Hotel. The sudden snow storm paralyzed most of Windsor and it did take quite a while for the hotel parking lot to be cleared of snow. The snowfall was so heavy that it was very difficult to find the entrance/ exit buried under 25-30 centimeters of snow."

"First of all - they checked us in to an unmade and dirty room. Then checked us into a room that the door needed "special" jiggling to close it - ants all over the bathroom - closed and locked window opened while my laptop sitting on desk while I was absent. Suppose to have high-speed internet and they didnt have right port for USB cable. Continental breakfast? Ummmmm - let's just say....stale products, very over ripe bananas, overly battered and bruised apples.
All said and done - my partner and I will NEVER stay there again!"

"The room smelled of laundry soap (which is better than some of the air fresheners in many other motels). The towels were clean but quite grey - they need to bleach them once and a while. The edges of the carpet were dusty (not well vacuumed) and the carpets were quite spotted from spills - looks like they have a lot of parties. On the other hand, the motel was very quite and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and in very good shape (all fixtures worked well)."
