"We had a nice stay - I was surprised at the $15 extra for two extra people - I thought I booked for four, not two; that is what I was lead to believe on the phone. However, the clerk at the frontdesk pointed out the fine print that rates are based on double occupancy and showed the extra charge. This was misleading because on my confirmation email it said 4 adults so I assumed what I was quoted was for four. With the extra charge this hotel is still affordable, but it was an unexpected surprise that did not have to be a surprise at all -- it could have been more up front that the rates were based on double occupancy."

"The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. If you are a seasoned traveler and you can take care of yourself, I recommend staying here. If you have special needs or rely on hotel staff for assistance, then you should consider going elsewhere. There is an additional $10 per night charge for parking and the lot is across the street from the hotel. The free high speed Internet via ethernet cable was a nice bonus. I would stay there again if returning to Windsor."

"Originally we ordered a smoking room. After one night we asked to move to non-smoking (because of the smell). They were very accommodating and let us move. The non-smoking room was ten times better! Very clean in comparison. I would recommend if you choose this hotel, to book a non-smoking room and smoke outside!"

"As rare as this sounds based on the warm weather I would suggest you set the room tempature at 70 (est.) prior to the guests arrival. Upon entering my room, it was a fridge and I actually had leave the air off over night with how cold ( and a bit uncomfortable ) the room was. You do score extra points for terrific ( and quiet ) air conditioning!"
