"The overall experience was not bad, however, I did not appreciate some of the troubles I experienced with the front-desk personnel. First, upon arrival, we discovered there was a misunderstanding with our reservations. I requested one non-smoking room, and one smoking room. We were told that we could only have two non-smoking rooms. The cusomer service man made no attempt to correct the situation, luckily another guest overheard the situation and offered her smoking room to us, as she did not even request one to begin with. The second problem I encountered was at night, coming in at about 1:00am, immediately upon entering through the doors, my three friends and myself were asked to "keep it down please". Under other circumstances this would be a fair request, however, as we entered, not one of us were being loud or ever talking, really. We had no intentions whatsoever of being loud or causing any trouble, but I suppose because we look young, the other front-desk man took it upon himself to assume that we would be loud and obnoxious. This was not the case whatsoever, as we came in, we went straight to our rooms, and relaxed. We were not loud at any point of our evening stay there, and I personally was a little offended at the accusation that we would be. The four of us staying there are in our mid to late twenties. However, because we look younger, we were discriminated against. The last thing that I was uncomfortable with, was at our departure, I was not given a receipt for the room I had paid for. Extremely unprofessional. They told me it would be mailed to me, and I sincerely hope I receive it. Overall, the cost of the Hotel stay was too much for the problems and disappointments I encountered. Thanks. Stacey Gomes"

"Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. But-we had three in the room and only 2 washcloths; the one hand towel we had was threadbare and stained and looked like something that was used to scrub the floor. The furniture, coffee pot, and carpet were very, very dusty. I could write in the dust on the tables. I have never stayed in a hotel room that was that that neglected."
