"Comfort Suites Downtown Windsor - Very Accomodating"
"This hotel was very clean, quiet and had a great continental breakfast. The hotel manager helped to correct what could have been a very bad situation. Our reservation had been duplicated and in the process of correcting it, was cancelled completely. We were very fortunate that one room was available. The manager called the booking agent and made it happen."

"Cleanliness is important"
"Our first night there were items from the previous stay that were not cleaned. An empty cup, water bottle half full, a snickers wrapper on the floor. Overall stay was good, but would have had a better review if it was cleaner."

"I had a terrible experience with the receptionist the day I checked in. Despite the fact that I was obviously standing alone with no one around me, she kept insisting that I reserved a room for two adults and two children. After 15 minutes, she finally hands me the card key. 20 minutes later, she apparently checks someone else with into the same room. They barge in on me while attempting a nap. After going outside for a few minutes, I come back to find her coming out of my room. She was flustered and kept swearing.
So yeah, not such a good time."

"I travel throughout Ontario and am only home in Ottawa about 10 days per month. Your hotel was extremely quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I felt completely safe and at home there and it was nice being in a residential neighbourhood. I really appreciated the little travellers prayer that is in a frame on the television. I have already recommended the Comfort Suites to a number of people. Only one small complaint, too much cigarette smoke in the hallway on the 2nd floor, especially for someone with asthma."

"The shower didn't work at all in my room 214..so I just took a bath..maid service was good..however, after I had called down to say that I was going to be staying another night, the manager opened my door an hour later..good thing that I was changing at the time, so that was upsestting."
