Many reviewers found this hotel to provide good value. They described the prices as affordable, and cited the free breakfast and free Wi-Fi as factors which contributed to the hotel's worth. One guest remarked, "Price was much less than average for the area", while another mentioned, "its a great price for a place to put your head down".
The hotels rooms were praised by numerous guests and were described as clean, spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows. It should be noted however, that while the majority of guests were pleased with their rooms, some reviewers reported worn decor and fixtures in need of upgrading.
Several lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received. They characterized the staff as friendly, helpful, accommodating and efficient.
The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about the pre-charging of credit cards and TVs.
Some guests complained of their credit cards being charged prior to their arrival. This happened when lodgers booked directly with the hotel, and was upsetting as they had never experienced this policy before.
A few reviewers were disappointed with their rooms' TVs. They described them as old and out-of-date, and also reported a very limited channel selection and missing remotes.
