"Poor internet availability, poor problem-solving skills"
"The reason that I was staying at this hotel was for school, however throughout my stay I was unable to access the internet in my room. I spent over two hours working with the tech people on the phone, using bridging and USB adapter devices,and nothing worked. All of the equipment they tried said it was defective and they never offered me to switch to a new room."

"Nice surprise"
"Very nice surprise when we walked into the room - wasn't expecting the nice lay out. Nicely decorated. The lady at the counter never informed us about where, or if, or what time the continential breakfast was - we found out on our own (just about missed it)."

"Was disappointed to learn that another friend who I referred to the hotel a couple of days later got a significantly lower rate than your web based rate.
WOuld have expected a continental breakfast available, as is the custom for other lower priced hotels in the same area. Indtead has a full service, rather expensive breakfast service.
Otherwise Hotel was very nice and was very accomodating for our late checkout request."
