This hotel is well-located near restaurants and shopping, a 3-minute drive from the Conestoga Parkway and 8 minutes north of downtown Waterloo. It appeals to a wide variety of guests seeking a hotel for business or pleasure in the area.

This property is smoke free and all 155 rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a 32" flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, data ports, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a work desk and ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, bathrobes, a hair dryer and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with 1 or 2 queen beds, 1 king bed or a queen Murphy bed. Room extras include a separated bedroom and living area, a dining area for 6, a second bathroom, a sofabed, a wet bar, a soaker tub with jets, a double jacuzzi and a balcony. Accessible rooms are also available.

This hotel also offers a free shuttle service to local offices and the Waterloo International Airport (YKF) from 7 am to 11 pm. Travel is based on availability and advance reservation. The Good
Many guests described pleasant experiences at this hotel, among the reviews used for this analysis. Reviewers seemed to be most impressed with the customer service and the on-site dining.

Guests enjoyed their interactions with the staff and called them friendly, helpful, very informative and accommodating. 

Many guests enjoyed meals on site. They mentioned breakfast, dinner and convention dining as all being well pleasing. Some recent reviewers wrote, "The food is delicious at both restaurants and we didn't have long to wait for room service to arrive when ordered." and "can't stress enough that you should have something to eat or drink at this establishment. An incredible chef and culinary staff...a real treat and excellent food!"

Many guests spoke about the rooms positively. They found the rooms to be very clean, comfortable, well appointed and nicely decorated. Guests conveyed special appreciation for the bathrooms, easy Wi-Fi access and balconies in their rooms.

Many reviewers found the location convenient for accessing the universities, the Conestoga shopping centre, St Jacob's market and other area attractions by car or bus. One guest explained the location in this way, "Easy access to wherever you want to go. Mall and movie theaters 5 minutes way and the bus stops across the road from the hotel."
