"The staff have No Personality!!!!!!!"
"The rooms were lovely but the website said that complimentary coffee was available yet they told us NO -we forgot to take it off the website that we don't provide coffee- it may be a small thing but we paid a lot of money and only got a room. My husband asked a questionabout about a dessert in the Bistro and the girl couldn't have been more unhelpful if she tried. I would not recommend your hotel because you have no idea what customer service is all about!!"

"The hotel is lovely. It is looked after so well that it appears to be brand new even though it is actually years old. The desk staff were very friendly and the gentlemen in the Veranda were very helpful during breakfast. We stayed at the hotel 3 years ago and enjoyed it and we enjoyed very much this time as well. Keep up the great work!!"

"The stay was very nice. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the pillows on the bed were too thick for our liking which made it difficult to sleep well. This obviously is only a personal preference that we perfer thinner pillows. We came to St. Jacobs primarlily for the farmers's market and the hotel is ideally suited for that. Regards, Roland"

"The breakfast was a nice surprise. The blanket was fresh & clean, I did ask for an extra blanket when I booked on line but did not receive it. Could of used it in the night. We were just at a family function, so availablity to other things was not an issue. Next time will bring a bathing suit & try the spa room. Thanks, Mary Lou Hills"
