Located across from Conestoga Mall, among several restaurants and retailers and near Canada’s Technology Triangle, this property is well-suited for both leisure and business travellers who prefer a pet-free hotel offering in-room safes, a local business shuttle service, a meeting room or an indoor pool and suites with mini-kitchens.
This property is smoke-free and pet-free. All 102 rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, free bottled water, a 42" LCD flat screen TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a desk with ergonomic chair, a safe, an iron with ironing board, a hair dryer and air conditioning. All rooms are furnished with double, queen or king beds.

This hotel was well liked by many of its guests, judging from the reviews read for this report. Cleanliness, staff and the location were the highlights of this hotel. Many were pleasantly surprised by the renovations done to the rooms, the amenities on offer and the value for the dollar price-wise.

A few guests did not enjoy the breakfast offered at the hotel, partially because they had paid extra for it and partially because it was not perfectly executed. Guests complained that it was not hot enough and the some of the fried items were greasy. Some of the guests who complained about it found it too pricey as well. These guests sometimes criticized the overall value of the hotel, finding the room rates too expensive when one added the price of the breakfast onto the stay.
