The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them about the bathroom layout, the breakfast room, and noise transfer.

Some guests were disappointed by the layout of the bathrooms. In this hotel, there is one room with a toilet and sink, and another room with the bathtub or shower. Both rooms have semi-transparent sliding glass doors. These guests felt there was very little privacy due to the glass doors.

The breakfast room was a source of complaints by some reviewers, who described it as too small. These guests also experienced long line-ups and said that it was, at times, hard to find a seat due to the volume of people partaking in the buffet.

A few guests complained about noise disturbances. They described hearing traffic noise in rooms facing the highway, as well as hearing other patrons in the hallways. This was particularly a concern for those staying in rooms close to the elevators or ice machines.

Ranked #2 out of 1 hotels in Vaughan

10 out of 10 | Stacey stayed August 05, 2012

"Absolutely the best hotel we have stayed in!"

"This hotel is beautiful, location is perfect, and the staff were wonderful. The rooms are lovely and the beds and pillows were perfect. There were even two washrooms which was perfect for 4 girls to get ready in the morning. The hot buffet breakfast was very, very good. The only complaint that I had if I had to have one is the bathroom doors are paper thin. This made it a bit uncomfortable for people that weren't really well aquainted. One other thing was that the elevators were a bit on the slow side. Great hotel!"
