The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were quite positive, there were a couple of common complaints among them about the breakfast and noise transfer.

While the free breakfast was a source of compliments by most guests, some felt the selection could have been improved. They felt there were not enough vegetarian selections and that the breakfast items were the same every day. It was also mentioned that the breakfast room was crowded at times.

A few guests complained about noise disturbances during their stay. These guests could hear their neighbours' conversations in adjacent rooms and described the walls and ceilings as "paper thin". It should be mentioned, however, that most guests found the hotel to be quiet.

"Totally Satisfied"

"I stay in hotel every week, this was my first stay at this hotel. It will not be my last. Everything was perfect, but the best was the staff. They made you feel that you were the most important person there. Thank you."
