The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms, and location.
Most guests were very pleased with the staff at this hotel. They were characterized as welcoming, friendly, and helpful in offering information and directions, and one guest mentioned they, "couldn't have been more attentive to our needs".
Several reviewers were satisfied with their accommodations. They described their rooms as immaculate, spacious and well decorated. These reviewers also noted how much they enjoyed their fully equipped kitchens and comfortable beds.
The location of the hotel was praised by many lodgers. They described it as close to shopping, dining, and Canada's Wonderland. Its close proximity to Highways 7 and 400 was also mentioned by several guests.
The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were quite positive, there were a couple of common complaints among them about the breakfast and noise transfer.
While the free breakfast was a source of compliments by most guests, some felt the selection could have been improved. They felt there were not enough vegetarian selections and that the breakfast items were the same every day. It was also mentioned that the breakfast room was crowded at times.
A few guests complained about noise disturbances during their stay. These guests could hear their neighbours' conversations in adjacent rooms and described the walls and ceilings as "paper thin". It should be mentioned, however, that most guests found the hotel to be quiet.
