Numerous reviewers praised the accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as well laid out, nicely decorated, clean, spacious, modern and well equipped, with comfortable beds and linens.
Many guests praised the hotel's staff and characterized them as courteous and accommodating.
The hotel's location was complimented by several patrons. They described it as being close to Canada's Wonderland, downtown Toronto, York University, Vaughn Mills Shopping Centre, Highway 400, and Walmart.
The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of common complaints about noise transfer and the free dinners.
Some guests reported noise disruptions during their stay. They complained of neighbours' doors slamming across the hallway, noisy air conditioning units, and highway noise.
Although the majority of reviewers that commented on the free dinners were pleased with the meal, a few lodgers felt the opposite and had complaints. These guests reported cold and undercooked food, as well as a limited variety.
