"We were on the bottom floor and the room was very humid...socks were getting wet on carpet humid. Staff said this was normal for humid days and were not willing to change or discount. Very dank smell in room."

"Negative: Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke.
Positive: The hotel management and staff were extremely helpful in accommodating our same-day request for a ballroom for a party function after our original venue unexpectedly became unavailable.
They were thorough and quick in handling necessary details within a very short timeline."

"fitness room is very small and keys for treadmill had been lost - though front desk was very helpful in securing a "back-up" key. they could possibly use a security camera due to remoteness and safety"

"When my husband and I were leaving on April 24th, 2005, he had to use the bathroom downstairs on the first level. When he entered there was a lady cleaning the bathroom, and he asked if he could use the facilities, and she said "no, I am cleaning". He then said "well I will use the bathroom quiclky and leave". The cleaning lady then replied, "I am cleaning here, you'll have to wait". My husband then said "my wife and I have to leave, I will be one minute", the cleaning lady then said "ughhhh alright". My husband and I are both in the hospitality industry, he is a revenue manger, and I am a front office assistant manger, we were both in shock! I liked the service at the resturant, the girl was very fast and friendly. Upon checking out, the GSA was having an argument with her manager. The bathroom's are overly small, but the room was cozy."
