As mentioned above, most of the reviews read for this report were positive but complaints were quite frequent as well.more
The most cited complaint was from noise disturbances from a nearby conference centre which holds parties and banquets with loud music into the night. Guests also felt the area was sketchy and several guests mentioned people in the area that seemed to be loitering and an sense of not being safe, especially female guests.
Some guests were surprized to find out that the shuttle to the airport was not free, and neither was extended parking. Besides this the shuttle was sometimes not accessible as would be normally expected.
Along with these factors, the hotel, although admittedly clean appeared run down to some guests and this contributed to some negative opinions about the free breakfast which appeared to lack an appetizing look and flavour.
