The Bad
Guests who complained about the hotel consistently said that they were having some sort of trouble with water temperature at the property. These guests were split between guests that found the water too hot and guests that found it too cold.
One guest said that when he went to take his morning shower that he got "scalded." The problem with the water temperate was described as "hotel wide" and based on other reviews the statement seemed credible. While some guests found the water to be unbearably hot others said that it was too cold.
Letting the water run made no difference as one guest said he let the water run for 30 minutes and noticed no change. Another guest described an odd scenario where he did not have enough hot water in his shower but he noticed that his toilet water was warmer than it should be.
Besides water temperature problems some guests complained about parking at the hotel. They wished that it was free or at least less expensive than $12 per day.
