Guests that liked their rooms generally thought that they were clean and/or spacious. The beds received some mixed reviews however overall there were far more guests who considered them to be comfortable relative to the guests who thought that they were not comfortable.

The Bad
Guests that were not entirely happy with the hotel had a couple very common complaints and those were associated with the hotel's prices.

One guest, for example, called the parking fee "hidden" while another guest said it was "not expected."
Some guests also complained about the lack of free in-room Internet access, a service many felt should have been included in room rates. The hotel's restaurant was also described as "expensive" or "overpriced."
Occasionally guests complained about noise from the airplanes although some of it was tempered due to the fact that some noise was expected at an airport hotel.
