"The Westin Bristol is starting to show its age. Two things I'd like to mention: I found impossible to control to the temperature in the room. The water to my room failed twice in the same day. Food was really good, both room service and breakfast buffet. Customer service was amazing; staff was very helpful. Honestly, I'd look for a newer hotel on my next visit to Toronto."

"This hotel is convenient to the airport (a bit noisy due to its close proximity) and has a free shuttle service. The parking is an additional $14 per day, suprise, suprise and wireless internet access is available only to elite guests. Overall, a decent, clean hotel."

"Yes the pool could be warmer. It was a little cold not good. I had to pay $14 dollars a day for park and fly!!!! So i looked for something cheeper. If i stay there I should get park and fly free!!"

"From the time I arrived at the hotel I felt extremely comfortable. Room service especially for breakfast was excellent! The staff at the front desk were the greatest and went out of their way to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! I have plans on returning next summer to Canada and without a doubt I WILL be staying here!"
