The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location, staff and rooms.

Numerous lodgers praised the hotel's location, finding it close to downtown, Union Station, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, attractions and the Air Canada Centre. One patron noted, "The hotel is connected to the underground "PATH" so you can travel the Toronto downtown underground... very helpful on cold days. Very close to all of the major activities in the city such as the theatre district, Convention Centre, CN Tower, Air Canada Centre (whether the Maple Leafs play and many major concerts are), and the lakeshore".

The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers who characterized them as friendly, attentive and helpful with local info. One guest remarked, "The staff were always helpful and attentive - I went in search of ice one evening and was stopped in the hallway by a staff member who insisted on filling the ice bucket himself and giving me some water". A few guests did complain of long waits for check-in and room service, however.

Several travellers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, well equipped and well maintained, with comfortable beds and linens and good Wi-Fi signals. A few patrons had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).

The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the hotel's value and the rooms.

Some guests were disappointed with the hotel's overall value. They found the parking fee, in-room Wi-Fi, breakfast cost and room rates to be very overpriced. These lodgers felt the in-room Wi-Fi should have been included in the room rates.

Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their clean and well-equipped rooms, a few guests criticized their accommodations. They reported small-sized rooms and bathrooms, dated decor and noise transfer from guests in adjacent rooms.
