The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback in areas that missed the mark for them.

Noise was sometimes an issue for guests. They complained of partiers in nearby rooms that disturbed their sleep, hearing conversations in rooms next door and people talking in the hall.

Other room complaints were: small rooms and not enough closet space to hang clothes along with coats, water pressure in shower could be stronger, a rattling heater fan.

Other occasional complaints were: the high cost of Wi-Fi, parking and mini-bar snacks and an extra $6 for delivering room service.
