"good rates, fair hotel overall"

"The rate for a nights stay is good. The room was clean but the toilet flush did not work properly and the valve for the shower needed to be played with to obtain hot water"

"The bathroom didnt have soap or shampoo in it, We asked for extra pillows, but they couldnt supply us with any.. My kids wanted to swim and use the waterslide, but there was no lifeguard all three times they went, and then my son pulled long black tangled hair from his foot in the pool, there was hair in clumps in the pool floating..."

"This was a descent hotel. Vaughan to begin with is not the most exciting place to visit, but their are alot of friendly folks and Vaughan Mills mall is a great place to visit. Our hotel room was fairly good, however their were some cleaning issues, ie. vacuuming of carpet, debris on comforter and a spider and it's web on the side of our air conditioner. As well, our phone was unable to dial out. But, they're were geat amenities that many hotels charge for or don't provide at all. The wireless internet was free, a DVD player was included and free rental movies when using the same credit card paying for the hotel room. Overall, I'd give a 3/5. Not too bad at all!"

"need to re-evaluate rules regarding waterslide at pool. Part of the reason we chose this motel was the pool and water slide. my 10 yr old neice who is an excellant swimmwer was not allowed to use the slide because she was only 56 inces tall and she was extremely upset. the next day she was on much bigger attractions at Wonderland with no problem. perhaps a swimming test instead of a height requirement (we've seen this at several other facilities!!!) otherwise- a pleasant stay. Convienient to Wondeland and shopping."

"You can hear quite a bit down the hall. Especially someone trying to give a wake up call at 5:40 am to a sound sleeper by banging on their door numerous times. Hard to get back to sleep."
