The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's location, rooms, and staff.
Most reviewers were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as being close to Toronto Pearson Airport, highway access, restaurants, and Sherway Gardens Shopping Centre. It was mentioned, however, that this hotel is preferable to those travelling with a vehicle as it would not be a convenient location for walking.
Many guests praised their accommodations, and described their rooms as nicely decorated, clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. Patrons also enjoyed the wall-mounted soap dispensers in the washrooms.
The staff were complimented by several lodgers. They were characterized as helpful, friendly and courteous. The hotel's customer service was described as excellent and outstanding.
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of common complaints among them which included the lack of elevator and the small breakfast room.
Some guests found the hotel's lack of elevator to be an inconvenience. The hotel is two stories high, and it was recommended that future guests leave their heavier bags in the car to avoid carrying them up the stairs. It was also mentioned that the stairs were somewhat steep.
A few reviewers found the breakfast area to be small and crowded at times, making it was difficult to find a seat. It should be mentioned, however, that most guests were very pleased with the breakfast itself, and described it as having many hot and cold items.
Booking.com guest reviews rated the hotel 8.4 out of 5 from 175 reviews.
