The Bad
Guests that did not like this hotel usually complained about noise or the extra costs attached to some services.
Guests were actually mixed on whether or not the property was quiet enough and perhaps that showed that some rooms were quieter than others. Guests that did not find the hotel to be peaceful enough often blamed the "constant" flow of airport traffic that seemed to pass right over the hotel.
Many guests also felt that the hotel was expensive, not in terms of the room rates but in terms of extra charges. Guests were disappointed to have to pay extra for Internet and parking and felt that these services should have been included in their room rental fees. One guest who seemed to like the rate he paid for this room said that the ”cost of parking and internet offset any savings."
A couple guests who did not complain about the fee for Internet were dissatisfied with having to use wired Internet in their rooms as opposed to wireless. Additionally some guests found the restaurant food prices to be expensive.
