"This was a new, clean hotel with a great fitness facility that included a steam room and sauna. The rooms were very quite.
If you are staying over-night by the airport it's fantastic. You pick up your luggage, walk out the door, and walk across the arrival area into the hotel. Taxi's from the Toronto airport cost about $30.00 minimum it seems, so this saves money."

"Everything was great, however I really do not like the pillows they provide at Sheraton."

"Only reservation for me in recommending this hotel to someone else will be the difficulty in getting downtown from the hotel (if you don't come by car to the hotel). Not made clear in the information given.
I will suggest morning and evening shuttle service from the hotel to the town.
Otherwise excellent."

"Not impressed that you have to pay $20.00 to park you car. The high speed Internet cost $20.00 when most Hotels offer free internet. You can have a month of internet for the same price. So if your staying and need these things it will cost $40.00 more. There are better hotels for the same or less cost"

"The room was fantastic - clean and comfortable but the staff were not overly friendly or helpful. The man that checked me in was wonderful - incredibly friendly and went the extra mile - other staff were not very friendly at all - almost seemed perterbed to have to answer questions."

"Hotel was well appointed, excellent food, pleasant staff. The only thing I was disappointed with was the price of drinks from the bar. Very expensive and totally unacceptable in a country that is renowned for its value for money. Even by U.K. standards these were greatly overpriced."

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Surprisingly quiet. Good food. Great staff. Excellent clean rooms. Great place to stay if one was flying out the next day, or on arrival. There is a monorail in process which should eventually connect the hotel to the downtown area of Toronto. This should eliminate the problem of it being isolated from attractions, business district, and shopping."

"Loved the king-size bed. The pillows were the best in any hotel we've stayed in and that's important for us for a good night's sleep."

"The beds are wonderful, the best sleep we had for a month (since leaving home). The check in desk clerks were very helpful, friendly and professional. The proximity to Terminal 3 in Toronto is excellent. All of the HOTEL STAFF were very helpful and friendly (including the cleaning staff). Now, THE RESTAURANT is probably the WORST I've had (at least among the bottom 5) ever! The prices are extremely high. The service (at least for the two of us) was non existent. We had the so-called "Oriental Buffet". We did have a waiter ONCE, to give us our BILL. (I even had to ask someone filling the Buffet, which was partially empty most of the time, for water.) To top this off I had terrible cramps and "all that go with it" BEFORE I LEFT TORONTO all thru the night. The only two things that I ate that my husband did not were a Kiwi Clam (mussel) and some white ball things that I'm not sure what they were. We have owned 2 restaurants for thirty one years so, needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. After taking 2 Immodium I was able to fly to Central America, Guatemala and Honduras, where we ate in 26 different restaurants in 29 days and all were excellent and no Immodium needed. The only problem I had was in CANADA before leaving home, strange isn't it!"

"Although right at the airport, it was amazingly quiet. I never heard one airplane throughout the night. It is incredibly convenient to terminal 3. Just drag your bag across to the hotel. Terrific , especially at night, when one is tired and does want to wait for a shuttle, or trip into the city. I highly recommend it for a one night stay."
