The hotel does not have it's own restaurant however guests receive a free hot buffet breakfast every day. Additionally the hotel has a market that is open at all hours and it sells snacks or full-sized meals. Guests may also use BBQ grills on the hotel's grounds and there are a number of restaurants in the area (ie. Tony Roma's, Jack Astors, Canyon Creek, and Boston Pizza) and some of them may deliver.
The hotel is an all suites property (pet friendly: one time charge of $100) that features 137 rental units all of which are non-smoking. Room amenities include flat screen televisions, fully equipped kitchens, separate living rooms and bedrooms, and free wireless Internet access (lobby and guestrooms). The property also offers a free service where hotel staff pick up groceries for guests and deliver them in the afternoon.
The hotel is located about 4.7km from the YYZ airport and the Royal Woodbine Golf Course is about 1.7km away. Popular tourist attractions in downtown Toronto like the CN Tower, the Hockey Hall of Fame, and the Rogers Centre are roughly 24km from the hotel (distances - Google Maps).

The GoodGuests that stayed at this hotel were generally happy with the property. In particular the in-room amenities received a lot of compliments as did the layouts of the suites. The location of the hotel was also advantageous for airport travelers.
Several guests who stayed at this hotel were impressed that their suites included "full" kitchens. Many guests liked or even "loved" the facilities which included dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, and full-sized fridges.
Furthermore, many guests were happy with the layout of their suites due to the fact that the bedrooms and living rooms were separated. One guest who seemed knowledgeable of the hotels in the area said the Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Airport was "the only hotel (he/she) found near the airport which (offered) a true 'suite' -- a full kitchen with dishes and utensils and a bedroom separate from the roomy living area.”
Additionally, guests that thought their rooms were clean far outweighed guests that noticed a lack of cleanliness.
The staff at the hotel were generally well-reviewed and guests commonly called them "friendly" and/or "helpful." Many guests were airport patrons and they often indicated that the location was "handy" for making their flights without stress. Some of these guests also liked that the hotel had a free airport shuttle.
The Bad
While this hotel was fairly popular with its guests, there were some complaints that often pertained to either the location of the hotel or the condition of the building.
Many guests liked being near the YYZ airport however some guests disliked the location of the hotel because they did not find that many services near the property. One guest, for example, said the hotel's "main drawback was that (he) pretty much had to drive everywhere" (ie. there wasn't a lot within walking distance)
Some guests were not impressed with the condition of the hotel. These guests felt that the property was "outdated" and there were complaints about cheap furniture. Another guest felt that the "carpets were showing signs of wear."
