"Took awhile to check in with only one person at front desk. The room was clean, however the fridge stunk of rotted fish and the area around it was not cleaned. But overall this place did well in a pinch."

"Definitely Recommended - And Pet Friendly Too!"
"This is a pet friendly hotel that lives up to its "friendly" name. The staff were great; the location is excellent (not only near the airport but next door to the Congress Centre and down the street from the International Centre); restaurants and coffee shops nearby (there's a Tim Hortons in the parking lot); and, the room was clean and very nicely laid out. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. This hotel will be my FIRST choice whenever I stay near the Toronto Airport!"

"The reason we chose the Radisson is because of the setup of the room (separate bedroom and living room area). Unfortunately over the course of time it appears that quality is on the decline. Where there was once a basket with snacks and a stocked mini-bar there is now an empty table and fridge. The coffee maker in the room did not work...another sign of eroded guest amenities. We also noticed that the car parking charge has increased from $7 per night to $11 with no changes to the level of lot security (no private fenced area, no underground parking). On arrival we were placed next to an elevator. When we mentioned this to the clerk he simply brushed it off and said that we would love the view in this room...we did not. The hotel fire alarm went off near the dinner hour and all patrons were asked to vacate via the hotel intercom. This was our second experience with this hotel's fire alarm system. The first time around the cause was the wiring in the hotel itself...we are not sure what happened this time. Our concern is that this hotel may not be safe. We were on a business class private floor. The lounge had no snacks and/or drink service near the supper hour which many hotels tend to offer. The continental breakfast in the morning was very simple and meager...nothing special was offered such as trays of fruit; only sugary donuts, cereal, etc. We do not recommend this hotel at this time."

"I wish I had of asked for a better view. Perhaps the front of the hotel. We had a back room, looking out over a huge parking lot. But again , as soon as we entered the room, I should have gone to the phone and made that request. I am not blaming them. The staff were very helpful"

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The separate bedroom from the livingroom suite was excellent. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We'll be back."
