"clean and comfortable but miscommunication about amenities."
"The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our problem with the hotel was that it had a pool and that is why we chose it. The pool was not working at check in and I asked if we could swim and we were told by the front desk clerk and the maintenance man that YES we could swim but the heater is not working. When we went swimming the maintenance man came in and wanted to know who let us in and told us we had to leave. We were not allowed to swim. We chose the hotel because we have 3 little ones and all they wanted to do was swim. Meanwhile the front desk clerk and other hotel clientelle were telling us that we could swim. That really upset us."

"Good first impression, friendly staff and a nice room, but the carpets in the halls and the food in the Cafe restaurant need some improvement. Very handy to the 401."

"Easy to find from the airport.
Good for onward road connections - Great view of the highway!
No easy public transport connections.
Not good as a base to explore Toronto - stay downtown.
Rooms as you would expect from this chain.
Good value but you need a car.
Good pub nearby!"
