Most guests were pleased with the staff at this hotel. They described them as helpful, efficient, and with friendly smiles and great customer service. One guest remarked they, "took the time to explain the restaurant hours, where the gym and business centre were and asked about wake up calls". It should be mentioned, however, that some guests were not altogether pleased with the customer service they received (see below).
The rooms were a source of many compliments by reviewers, who described them as spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows and nice views of planes landing at the airport.
