"Despite the answers above, I was astonished that no ordinary cereals were available for breakfast (corn flakes) during my stay. When I questioned the staff they were not bothered and I felt that I was disturbing their viewing of the TV, which was on in the restaurant at the time."

"With respect to items 2 and 7 above, my negative responses are solely a consequence of the god-awful stink in the "smoking" room that I took in the absence of availability of any "non-smoking". I did expect evidence of a tolerable level of cigarette smoke, but it is much too much when your clothes smell the next day of the pollution.
Time for some wall washing or fumigation or whatever!!!
Furthermore, the assessing of a US$4.60 charge for "booking" when none is indicated on your website, I believe is outside the law, and is expected to be refunded.
I now look forward to your comments."

"A couple of small complaints. I was in Rm 518 - the tv set picture would go black then would come back on a bit later. I take it there was some kind of intermittent short-circuit or a problem with the picture tube.
In the morning the checkout was smooth. But I've got to tell you the front desk guy...shall we say: maybe he's not a morning person. Somewhat less than friendly. Looked like he hadn't had his coffee or something. A bit of friendliness at the desk would go a long way. Other than that... a good stay. Enjoyed the restaurant/lounge the night before too."

"The hotel wasn't horrible in itself, it just wasn't that great either. The problems I experienced were things like a hair in the bathtub, the bathroom door didn't close, and some of the amenities listed on the hotel's website weren't actually available. The beds weren't all that comfortable-the mattresses were hard and the pillows lumpy, but that's not entirely unusual in hotels. Other than that, the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant-which is very expensive! If you're looking to be in downtown Toronto, I would recommend a hotel downtown, as the Quality is quite a ways."

"This is the worst hotel I and my family have ever stayed at...the rooms were dirty, the staff were rude and were unwilling to make our stay a positive one. Our stay was only for one night...but it was "hell". I made my reservations through this web site believing that the park and fly option was included, but I was wrong. Once I arrived at the hotel, they were not willing to charge me the difference in price...but they were willing to charge me $20.00 a day to park. The staff is very rude, but I would like to say "Thanks" to the concierge for resolving the problem in a respectful manor."

"I am a non-smoker but ended up taking the smoking room because the price was right. That was a mistake. I could not sleep in the smoking room as my lungs refused to breathe the smoke contaminated air in the room. After tossing and turning for over two hours, I called the front desk and asked for a non-smiking room. The staff was very helpful and they immediately found me a non-smoking room. Great! But I could not sleep well for the rest of the night because of the traffic noise from the highway. But the traffic noise was just tolerable though. I guess the hotel choice was okay for the price I paid for the room. Since I cannot afford a high priced hotel with sound proof rooms, I may stay at this hotel again."

"When we reserved the Hotel on-line, we knew that we had Breakfast included; the moment we arrived there, the breakfast was only a hook to sell because we did not receive it.
Another hook was the free internet; when we arrived to the hotel, we realized that we had to bring our own computer, in orther to use that service.
We do not know how could you reward that to us.
Thanks for this opportunity to express our points of view."

"My two son's enjoyed the cookies upon arrival as well as the two waterslides. I requested and was given a room on one of the top floors facing the airport. They enjoyed seeing the planes fly by on their approach to the airport. I was surprised by how quiet the room was given the close proximity of the planes to it. The pool area will keep children busy for a couple of hours. I was very satisfied based on the price I paid for the room."
