The Good
The guests provided mixed opinions of this hotel and its service in the reviews posted online and read for this report.

The price point of this hotel was mentioned by several reviewers who considered the included breakfast, free airport shuttle and free parking as contributing to the hotel's worth.

Many lodgers praised the hotel's location. They described it as being close to Pearson International Airport (4 km away), restaurants, and Woodbine Racetrack and Casino. It was also mentioned the hotel's location provided easy access to main roads. It should be mentioned, however, that some guests felt the hotel would be less convenient for those without a vehicle.
The Bad
Guest opinion was quite mixed about this hotel and there were several areas of concern.

Some guests had negative experiences with the hotel's staff. They described them as rude and unaccommodating. It was specifically mentioned a few times that the shuttle driver (for the free airport shuttle), was rude and did not help with opening the vehicle's doors or loading guests' luggage, drove in an unsafe manner and was late.

Guests found it difficult to reason with the staff and get compensation for lost services. It seems as though communication would break down easily. Some guests who had troubles with their rooms or were not satisfied in some way felt quite negatively about this hotel and vowed never to return.

Complaints covered a broad spectrum from dirty rooms, no hot water with no communication or compensation to guests, no shower curtain, cobwebs hanging from ceiling, stained towels, a room that had a foul odour, limited parking available for guests in winter due to a lack of snow removal, freezing cold room, slanted bed and stained bed linens.

Without the use of a car, guests found the hotel a little out of the way.
