"We requested the North Tower, which we were advised was the newer tower, and was placed there. We were in the Luxury Guestroom. The hotel is in a very good neighborhood, the shopping was excellent as Bloor Street is called the Rodeo Drive of Toronto. The hotel is upscale. Room service is very fast. When we ordered ice, each time it took only 10 minutes to receive it. It was easy to get around the city as there was always a Taxi in front of the hotel, even at 5 a.m. The only negative thing I can say is that the hotel does not have a pool. As we had our 2 teenage girls with us, it would have been an added bonus for us to have a pool. We would certainly stay there again."
