Guests of the hotel had few opinions in regard to the hotel's location as the property seemed to be a destination in and of itself. However every so often a guest mentioned that a subway station was nearby that connected to downtown Toronto.
Lastly, many guests liked the food at the hotel and the free continental breakfast was a part of the praise.
