"Great hotel - avoid the buffet breakfast."
"Hotel was exceptional and would definitely stay there again however the buffet breakfast was pretty much inedible. Other meals at the hotel were very good."

"Helpful and courteous staff. Great getaway."
"We especially liked the pool and the restaurant. Our room was ok but needed some ventilation in the bathroom. I stayed at this hotel before for corporate trips so I know that there are better rooms than the one we got. Again it was during a busy period so I am not complaining."

"The hotel is reasonable value for cost, location is a little out of the way but the subway conection somewhat off sets this. The pool could have been cleaner overall I would recomend it"

"Positives: Great location. Great efficient and friendly staff. Happy, clean atmosphere.
Negatives: Rooms are tiny. Not enough pillows. TV options a little confusing. View could be better."

"The ngirl that checked us in and out of the hotel (same girl) went the extra mile. Both my wife and I commented on how her attitude was sincere and she made you feel very welcome. She "sold" us on the upgraded room and she made it a pleasure to do business with your hotel.
We are now looking at coming into Toronto for a couple of nights and there would be no question that we would stay at this Novotel Hotel.
Great staff.

"My only comment is that you have to pay extra for wireless internet access. Many of your competitors include it in the price of the hotel stay. This small thing will influence where I stay in the future."

"I liked the map of the jogging routes that was included in the room. It would have been more useful if it had shown all streets by name. I am sure I ran closer to 7 km on the 5 km route because I took the wrong street (unnamed on the map) going north to Finch. Also, I didn't find a book of instructions on how to use your treadmill(I like the TV set in front of the treadmill!) Great location close to the centres of several interesting ethnic communities in Toronto (e.g. Russian, Jewish)."

"I've stayed at this hotel in the past (on business) & I use this hotel when in Toronto to play. Economical & suits our needs, including secure parking for a vintage Supra (very important).
Very convenient access to the subway, many Chinese & Thai restaurants close-by are excellent.
Very friendly & attentive staff, absolutely no problems."
