"We were surprised that, at checkout, we were charged an additional fee for parking. We assumed that parking was included in the room charge. The additional $20 per night was a bit of a shock."

"We had booked a smoking room but did not get one when we arrived. This was not discovered right away as we had immediate plans. Later that evening when we returned, we checked at the main desk and were advised we were not in a smoking room. The desk clerk did say they would change our room, but since it was already quite late we decided to keep the room."

"The pool was too small as well as the sauna.... Worstly the jacuzzi was like 1.5 feet deep and not really warm..... It all taste like salt too... I prefer chlorine... Not being allowd to hook up a gamecube or DvD player was really depressing too. 17 dollars for parking is pretty insane too.... 1 Day passes at most lots don't cost that... you'd think a parking lot at a place your staying would be less, and maybee not smell like raw sewage."

"It was difficult to check in. I asked for a NON-smoking room was told that there were "freshened" smoking rooms only left. I was assigned a room on the 6th floor. When I opened the door I was shocked to find it occupied (as were the occupants) I went back to reception, and was assigned to a non-smoking room on the 7th floor. THe process was time consuming and frustrating - as a frequent traveller I have enough experience to make cirical judgements on service - this was not acceptable."

"we had reserved a room with two double beds, but got one king size bed (for the 3 of us) so one had to sleep on the floor. I can get a $40 motel if I want to sleep on a floor. Also, parking was $20 per day, and there were no parking lots left, but they still charged us!"
