The Bad
In the reviews sourced for this analysis, guests provided mixed opinions about almost every aspect of the hotel and there were many complaints voiced.

It seemed as though guests felt dissatisfied with the customer service and policies of the hotel, some involving extra charges for early check-in or late check-out, charges for breakfast when they had thought it was included, and a $100 fine for lost hotel keys, etc.

Some guests complained about the food quality and timing of the breakfast service (in-suite service was later than scheduled), the comfort of the beds and the quality of the room furnishings and bathroom amenities.

Although some stated that the hotel had been recently renovated (completed in 2010 according to the front desk agent), there were still complaints online in more recent reviews about dated carpets.
