"The staff was excellent. We would like to especially single out the bellman, Michael, for his attention and continuing care throughout our visit. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, cleaned 1500 miles worth of bugs from our car, and got us moved out efficiently. He is an excellent ambassador for the hotel."
