Overview
This full-service hotel offers a comfortable stay with beautiful public spaces attached to the city's convention centre, near Union Station, restaurants and the city's major attractions.

The 25-storey hotel has 586 smoke-free rooms. All rooms include Wi-Fi ($13.95 for 3 devices per day), a 37" or 42" flat screen TV with cable and pay-per-view movies, a Keurig coffeemaker, a mini-bar, a desk, iPod docks, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathrobes, and climate control. Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds, 1 queen or 1 king bed. 

Room extras include a sofabed, a larger sitting area, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, a second TV, a powder room, 3 oversize bathrooms, a wet bar, a kitchen, a dining/conference table for 4 or 10, a library, a living room, a jacuzzi, a private terrace and city or lake views.

The hotel offers Club floors with included extras such as a private lounge with breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks and limo service weekday mornings.

Valet parking is $45 overnight with unlimited in-out privileges. Guests can also self-park at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre parking, which is attached to the hotel, for $30 per day. Pets are welcome for $50 per stay.

On-site dining is offered at Azure Restaurant & Bar, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 24-hour room service is also available.

Hotel amenities include an indoor saltwater pool, a pool deck, a sun deck off the pool, a hot tub, a steam room, a 24-hour fitness centre, a day spa, concierge, a business centre, dry cleaning free newspapers and meeting rooms.

Union Station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel The CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium and Air Canada Centre are all an 8-minute walk away. The harbourfront area of Lake Ontario is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Toronto Eaton Centre mall is 17 minutes on foot or a 6-minute drive. The Good
Many reviewers liked this very clean hotel and considered it a solid choice for business or pleasure trips. 

It was centrally located and perfect for guests attending conferences or exhibitions at the convention centre. They could go back to their rooms at break time to freshen up or grab a nap. Others liked its proximity to Union Station for accessing public transit to the airport. Guests could also walk to the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, the Rogers Centre, the Air Canada Centre as well as the harbourfront and many downtown restaurants from the hotel.

Although reviewers found some rooms a little tired, guests often reported clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds.

The staff were a big part of guests' enjoyment. They were often remembered and mentioned by name in the reviews and many considered the service excellent and professional.

Guests typically enjoyed the selection and quality of the breakfast buffet, the ambiance and views from the restaurant, dining on site and the Azure bar after a night out.

Guests who mentioned the pool area said the area had beautiful decor and was relaxing.

Some guests really enjoyed spa treatments. They found the staff professional and welcoming and the spa area to offer nice areas to relax in.

Complaints usually centred on a few main themes.

Some guests complained of rooms that needed a little TLC and others missed having mini-fridges or microwaves to help save on dining out costs. Many also felt the rooms were priced quite high.

Guests often complained of expensive prices for breakfast, room service other dining on site.

Although guests most often felt the hotel had great service, some reviewers detailed laxes in service during their stay. 

Guests who paid for Wi-Fi and parking usually felt it was high and were disappointed in no free Wi-Fi at the hotel.
