Many guests offered their opinions on their room rates and these patrons frequently hinted at bitterness. One guest, for example, felt that his price was "absolutely ridiculous" and not in a good way. Another guest said that his room "was not even worth half the amount that (he)...payed (sic) for it." One guest described a bill of over $250 per night and felt that he received "poor value" in exchange for that sum.
Other guest complaints about the prices they paid focused on areas besides the room rates. For example some guests were upset over having to pay for in-room Internet. Occasionally a guest also mentioned that parking charges applied as well.
There were some complaints that did not have to do with pricing however they were somewhat sporadic. Multiple guests complained that the bed types they reserved did not match the actual bed types they received after check-in.
