The CN Tower and the Rogers Centre are both about 400m away while the St. Andrew subway station is 550m away (distances - Google Maps).

The GoodGuests that stayed at this highly rated property were generally happy with their experience and compliments covered a range of hotel features.
Several guests were impressed with the hotel's "killer" location which was described as "convenient for most parts of downtown Toronto" including points in the Entertainment District. Many guests found that they were "central" to "nightlife," public transportation, and "many restaurants and bars." One guest indicated that he/she was "near all tourist attractions in Toronto," most likely referencing the fact that the hotel was in close proximity of the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre, the Air Canada Centre, and the Hockey Hall of Fame.
The hotel included a free continental breakfast for guests and many patrons indicated that they liked it. One guest, for example, called it "lovely" while another said it was "outstanding in terms of variety and quality." A couple other guests said they "always" enjoyed it while one really impressed patron said the continental breakfast "was probably the best (he/she) ever had at a hotel."
Guests who described their rooms generally seemed to be impressed. They were often called spacious, clean, and/or comfortable. Lastly, some guests felt the hotel had a "modern look."
The Bad
Guests that complained about aspects of this hotel were in the minority. However some guests who did not totally like the hotel complained about the rates or noise from the neighbourhood.
Guests that complained about the rates usually felt as though they paid an "expensive price." The cost of parking didn't help as one guest indicated that he/she was "put off" by the extra charge. Another guest called the hotel a "converted office or apartment building" and felt it was "definitely not worth the price."
When it came to noise at the hotel, opinions were pretty mixed. Some guests who complained about noise blamed the club/bars in the area. For example, one guest said the hotel was "very noisy on weekends due to the clubs across the street" while another guest said that there was "raucous noise" "from around 3PM to 2AM."
Occasionally guests complained about other features of the hotel. A couple guests felt that the "gym was small" or even "tiny." Lastly, a couple other guests thought that the room temperature was hard to regulate.
