"Indigo Hotels are ok but!"
"The floor need repairs (bumpy from floods)
The bed-linen had mites or the detergent that was wash with is of poor quality or it was not rinsed well before drying. In any case I had a bad allergic reaction in the morning and did not sleep well at all.
The parking should be included in the price of the room and not be charged for it (it's a hidden charge) and small fridge should be in place.
I like the free internet and location near the golf course...but you have to run it better!"

"A very good place close to the airport. Ideal for an overnight stay at a reasonable rate before onward trip."

"Hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Has shuttle service from the airport but you need to call them and request it. Otherwise, it is very good value and quiet."

"This problem is my own fault but I'm telling you so you can maybe do something to help other people.
I arrived (from New Zealand and via San Francisco - 19 hours in the air plus a lot of waiting between planes) at 11.20 pm local time. I had plenty of cash in big notes but no coins. At the airport all the shops etc were shut. I was unable to call to arrange a shuttle to come and get me. Nobody around was willing to change a $50 note for me.
I ended up getting on the wrong shuttle bus at stand 25. I showed the driver my printed reservation form with the Carlingview address but he took me to another BW at Dixie Rd and then took me back to the airport. Then I tried the 1-800 number for BW reservations and they said it was too late to get a shuttle as it was after midnight. So then I had to get a taxi.
I'm not sure what to do but maybe a tollfree number direct to the hotel would help. I saw that the Dixie Rd BW had a free phone on a big advertising board where you dialed a two digit number to be connected. I suggest you do the same.
Also the breakfast I had the next day was very nice and soothed my ruffled feathers."
