Located about a 1-minute drive from the nearest 401 on-ramp and a 2-minute walk from Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Holiday Inn Yorkdale is geared towards travellers who prefer a hotel with on-site dining, free Wi-Fi and easy access to the highway and shopping. It also offers fairly convenient access to the subway network, as it is within a 15-minute walk of both Wilson Station and Yorkdale Station. (The Yorkdale Station can be reached from within the mall during mall hours.)

Each of this smoke-free and pet-free hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, an iron and ironing board, a coffeemaker and a hair dryer. Mini-fridges are available upon request for $15 per night to a maximum of $30 per stay. Microwaves are not available. 

Rooms with a balcony, a sitting area and sofabed and wheelchair-accessible rooms are also available.

The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers. They found it close to highway access, Yorkdale Shopping Centre, public transit, restaurants and shopping.

Many patrons were pleased with the level of customer service they received. They characterized the staff as friendly, attentive, professional and helpful with directions. 

Several reviewers enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, well equipped, spacious and well decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. A few travellers complained of dated decor, however.
