"I would suggest that the indoor tennis court be removed, it is very close to the bar and dining room and the noise is quite disturbing when you are dining or having a casual drink."

"the hotel is a great hotel normally but during this stay the restaurants were closed the gift shop was closed and the hotel was somewhat cold. They tried to make up by giving the kids free bagels for breakfast however, the adults had to pay. I think they could have been more accomodating due to the fact that they don't even tell you anything is closed till you show up there."

"The location of this hotel is awkward due to the overly congested traffic infrastructure. Traffic noise is constant over the 24 hours. However, staff remain courteous under the circumstance. If not for the proximity to a conference, I tend to avoid such extraneous complications and ensuing stress."
