"horrible."
"The front desk employees were very rude. The elevators were broken and would continuously close while people were in between them resulting in bruises."

"Reception staff were very helpful. As there were four of us travelling we had booked a room with two double beds. As Priority Club members we received an upgrade to a suite on the Executive level which gave us plenty of space. The room only had a tiny window however we did not suffer from any aircraft noise despite being right next to the airport. Hotel is very handy for the main highways to downtown Toronto and the surrounding areas."

"Perfect for our needs. Was on the doorstep of the airport and had a regular free shuttle bus service. Wonderful staff couldn't do enough to help. We needed a crib which was available at no extra cost and having a late pick-up on our day of checkout they arranged a late checkout, stored our bags and let us use the holiday amenities all day. Provided a relaxed start to our holiday."
