"My family enjoyed staying there. The manager was very courteous and attentive to our needs, and the room has beds with thick matresses for a good-night sleep. On the downside, I wish that parking fee had been less and the swimming pool were readily avaialble easy access."

"In my opinion, a bit pricey. When all the taxes and expensive parking fee came out,it was quite a bit higher than the $125.99 listed. I'm a US resident so I'm not used to all the taxes.."

"The hotels location is very good and not too noisy although most of the Univesity of Toronto close-by has been shut down at this time of the year. The decor should have been upgraded better in the lobby etc. as well as the carpetting that has a certain unpleasant smell. The lifts should be upgraded too as one has to wait a while with particular inconvenience of guests staying in the upper floors. I expected to be briefed better about the changeover and informed of the available different rates and accomodation at the Hotel such as suites and other standard rooms on Boor Street etc and parking facilities.
I would gladly consider staying again at the hotel."
