The GoodMany guest reviewers liked having a restaurant and bar on site because they were able to purchase food and drinks from the hotel, as opposed to going to nearby restaurants.

The hotel's staff were liked by many past guests. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, guest reviewers rarely expressed negative comments. Several guests felt that the staff were happy, pleasant, kind and helpful.
The nearness to attractions was also liked by some guests. These guests recommended the property because of its close proximity to the transit system, shopping and entertainment.
The Bad
The fact that the hotel has a bar on the ground floor created a noise issue and several guests complained of disturbances during the night. Some guests also complained of being able to hear the elevator from within their rooms.
Several guests also complained of unpleasant odours in the hallways. Sub par cleaning also turned off a few guests. Complaints included stained linen, dirty carpets and trash under the beds. A guest reviewer on Booking.com stated that the cleaning staff were "a nightmare," and another guest complained because housekeeping left the door to his guest room open.
