The GoodThe majority of the reviews used for this analysis were positive. Praise commonly went to the clean and comfortable rooms, the friendly and helpful staff, a great buffet breakfast, good value for money, proximity to the airport, and an excellent complimentary shuttle service.
Most of the reviews used in this analysis mentioned the modern, clean and comfortable rooms. One reviewer said it was an excellent place to rest for a couple of nights.
The staff were praised by many reviewers for being very friendly and assisting guests in ordering food, finding restaurants, and helping to plan sight-seeing or shopping excursions.
The hot breakfast buffet was complimented by many reviewers saying it offered a lot of variety, from cereals and muffins to hot waffles and eggs.
Many guest reviewers felt like they got more than what they paid for. The comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and close proximity to the airport was worth the price.
The proximity to the airport was a plus for several guests, who said it was close enough to the airport to be convenient, but far enough away that there wasn't much air traffic noise.
The 24-hour shuttle received several good reviews, saying it was quick, convenient, and the drivers were friendly and professional.
The Bad
While most of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, a few negative comments did come up. Some reviewers said the hotel was too far from downtown, they waited too long for the shuttle, the parking lot was crowded, and the swimming pool was too small.
The majority of reviews appeared to be from guests who were staying 1-2 nights before or after a flight. However, some reviewers spent more time there, and complained that the 20- to 30-minute drive to downtown (longer if there is traffic) was too long. They also complained there was not much to do around the hotel if they did not want to go downtown.
Some reviewers said it wasn't made clear that they must call from the airport for the shuttle. Those who did not know this waited for long periods of time before taking a taxi to the hotel. Those who called said the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes.
There is more than one Hilton hotel in the area. Some guests said they were not specific with the driver and ended up at the wrong hotel.
Some reviewers who needed to use the parking facilities said it was difficult to find a space. That said, the staff did always find a space for them to park.
A few reviewers who were looking forward to using the swimming pool thought the pool was too small.
