"The front desk was very helpfull with all our questions. Room service was fast. The bed was extremley comfortable and the bedding was so comfortable! The only thing that we didn't really care for was the entrance from the underground parking. It was also very tight to get around corners with very small stalls. The pool was fantastic and the rooftop was beautiful. The breakfast was good with a lot of selection. The terrace was very nice to eat at in the morning. I would definetley stay here again!"

"I reserved this hotel for four nights and left after one night. Although the hotel looked as it was pictured from the outside, the inside was nothing like the virtual tour. The room was about one-half of the size pictured, a real disappointment.
The hotel is in the "seedy part of town". The building next store is a rent by the weeek flophouse. We were constantly approached by people for handouts as we walked back from Eaton Centre. None of us were comfortable leaving the hotel after dark as the area was so bad.
The staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was better than most."

"The hotel was everything you could ask for. All services were made available to us. The room was very comfortable and the complimentary shuttle service was very useful. The only slight downside was the local contingent of homeless people which could make you feel uncomfortable at night. However that is something beyond the control of the hotel."

"It would be more convenient if the Airport bus stopped at this hotel. The nearest stop for this service was at the Chelsea - about 4 blocks away, so within walking distance if the weather is good and no heavy suitcases, but otherwise would need a taxi. Apart from this, the hotel and location are good. I would stay there again."

"We had our digital camera with us and made pictures of what we saw. We couldn't believe it! The closet door was ripped off the wall and screws were hanging out of the wall. We also had "complementary robes" which come with the room and there were stains on the inside sitting part the were red and brown stains. It don't take a smart person to figure out what they were either.
Bed linens and bathroom towels also had dark stains. We've stayed in Niagara before and have never see this kind or thing before. We are not rich people but when you are paying over $160.00 and night for a room you expect to get that. We saved for a long time and booked off time for our Anniversary so that we could be at this "9" rated hotel and all we got was grosed out!"
