"The shower: the difference in setting between cold and scalding is so small that showering is dangerous. Some No-slip device also pre-
ferrable.
Hair dryer sadly missed."

"This hotel claims to have been recently refurbished if it had they missed the suite my family and i stayed in, We stayed four nights and there was no maid service at any time during our stay. we were told there was complementary tea and coffee but that has been cancelled. when we questioned reception about this we were told "since the pervious owner died they dont give anything away. During my 17 days in Canada I booked six different lots of accomadation four of which were from the main hotel groups and one independent and no complaints about any. The last four nights of my holiday were here and were the low point of a great holiday."

"My two year son had been really ill on the flight, we were exhausted but that all changed when we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful if they tried.
They were polite, very efficient and check in was very quick.
Excellent hotel, well worth the money would stay there again and again.

"1. dangerous - the bathroom had two upward pointed iron bars - If someone were to slip the iron rods could kill them.
2. no individual room heating controls - controlled by lobby.
3. bathroom was not so clean - found hairs on the floor when we entered.
4. The toilet was ridiculously close to the side wall that we had to sit on it sideways."

"Please note that the ammenities they list on various websites and information distributions are NOT correct. Their business center is not in operation, nor are their "spa and gym" facilities. Most of their ammenities are not in working order or non-existant. Also, their customer policies are not as flexible as other hotels, regardless of price range, and are designed to completly service the hotel and not the customer. Please read carefully the booking procedures before you proceed!"
