Each of these non-smoking units offers air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, a free starter pack (including coffee, tea, a condiment kit, a dental kit, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher detergent), a desk, a dining area, a living area with a sofabed and a private phone with voicemail.

The location was praised by many guests, who described it as central and close to downtown Toronto, public transit, restaurants, Toronto Island Airport, the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and the marina. One patron noted, "Central and close to major business and centres and major attractions. All done without a car, just public transportation".

Several reviewers were pleased with their accommodations. They found their rooms to be clean, quiet, spacious, functional and well equipped, with great views of Lake Ontario. A few travellers were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).
